Role Description:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans of the organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and effective communication strategies to drive growth and enhance brand equity.

Responsabilities
Lead and manage a remote marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources
effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing functions, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, desirable in the U.S. market.
English Proficiency.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta, Google Analytics, Youtube, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEO tools, and social media management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders.
